Assistant Producer

  • Set up TGC's first Jira task management system, its best practices, workflows, and dashboards for each of the departments.

  • Built the Quality Assurance team and helped onboard the QA Manager who would eventually take over that department.

  • Continued to assist in the building and maintaining the team's best practices along with production leadership.

Chat Filter Management

  • Worked with the Engineering team to integrate the Community Sift chat moderation system provided by TwoHat cyber security.

  • Reviewed chat filter cases for false-positives and other opportunities to improve the system.

Community Developer

  • In cooperation with the PR Manager built and establish the major social networks surrounding the game (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) consolidating longtime and new fans of TGC and Sky.

  • Onboard a senior Community Manager who would eventually take over the Social Media and Community department.

  • Built the Customer Support department by establishing its tools and workflows, and built a team of agents with Amber Studio.

  • Worked with the Engineering team to build the proprietary tools needed for both the Customer Support and Community team.

  • Built and hosted multiple live-streams about Sky for our community.

Company Culture

  • Worked closely with HR, stakeholders, and other interested parties in the development of the company's culture as it rapidly grew. This came in the form of organizing weekly and special events that encouraged non-work related activities in and outside the office.
